Chad Smart

An accomplished, 20-year mortgage veteran, Chad works closely with his clients throughout the lending process to ensure every option is explored and informed decisions are made, whether purchasing or refinancing a home. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In his pastime, Chad is an avid beach-volleyball player, often seen on the courts at Santa Barbara’s East and West Beaches.
