As of Monday, March 23, 2026, your online account has transitioned to Online Banking Plus.

Please review the information below to and refer to the information in this section as needed to make the most of your digital banking experience.

Learn more about Online Banking Plus

All online bill pay information, recurring and scheduled payments and transfers will migrate to Online Banking Plus, including 12 months of history. Should you wish to retain more history, please download before 5:00pm (PT) Friday, March 20.

After you log in on Monday, March 23, we recommend checking your account to verify that all your information has been transferred accurately. Some transferred information may be organized differently than in your current bill pay/transfer system. Please allow time to organize your information into your preferred format.

Please download or print copies of your account statements and any tax documents before 5:00pm (PT) Friday, March 20. Access to your historical statements and tax documents may be limited on Online Banking Plus when you log in on March 23, 2026.  

If you currently use Account Alerts or Text Banking in your homestreet.com online account, you will need to re-establish those in your new Online Banking Plus profile on mechanicsbank.com, on or after March 23.

As close to 4:00pm (PT) as possible Friday, March 20: Download any Quicken or other third-party financial software, including Direct Connect or Web Connect history you wish to retain. Learn more here.

Both services will be available via Online Banking Plus, however, the bill pay feature will not be allowed.

Before 5:00pm (PT) Friday, March 20: Download RDC history. This history will not be available via Online Banking Plus.

The system alerts from RDC will change. Online Banking Plus users will be notified when a deposit is rejected. No alerts will be sent for accepted or adjusted deposits.

Continue to use your existing scanner: Your scanner driver will update automatically after the transition.

After March 23, 2026: The processing deadline for remote deposit capture will be 6:30pm (PT).

Download the Online Banking Plus mobile app anytime beginning on Monday, March 23, 2026. Be sure to look for the word “Plus!” Please review the first-time log-in instructions provided here.  

If you receive eStatements (electronic statements) with your current account, you will continue to receive them. If you currently receive paper statements, you will continue to receive them. If you currently receive BOTH electronic and paper statements, you will continue to receive both.

Wire transfer services will end at 3:00pm (PT) Friday, March 20, 2026.

For incoming wire transfer dated after Friday, March 20, 2026, please notify the senders of Mechanic's Bank's routing and transit number, which is 121102036.

Outgoing wire transfers can be made in person at your local branch.
