Request a Loan Payoff Demand
For Industry Professionals
If you are an industry professional (title officer, attorney, escrow officer, mortgage lender) and would like to request a payoff demand on behalf of a client, please gather the following information then click the Payoff Demand Request button to be directed to the request form:
- Borrower's name
- Last four digits of borrower's SSN/TIN
- Loan number
- Complete property address or parcel number
- Authorization document, signed by borrower
