Changes to your auto loan servicing

Your auto loan servicer will change from Mechanics Bank Auto Finance (MB Auto Finance) to Westlake Portfolio Management (WPM) effective May 1st, 2025. This means that a new company will be handling your loan payments and managing your account.

What You Need to Know

Please be assured that time and effort have gone into this transition to make it as smooth as possible for you. This account servicing transfer does not affect any of the terms, conditions or obligations of your retail installment sales contract other than who services your account. 

What to Expect

May 1-5, 2025: Your account will transfer from MB Auto Finance to WPM (Account Transition Period).

May 5, 2025: WPM will contact you on or around May 5th with additional details regarding this account servicing transfer, including details such as your new account number and further instructions for setting up online account set up and mobile registration. If you do not receive communication from WPM, please contact their customer support at 877.266.9600.
