Mechanics Bank will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate who applies on our career site. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Mechanics Bank via any source, will be considered Mechanics Bank property. Mechanics Bank will not pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume.
All approved vendors must have a current signed Mechanics Bank vendor agreement on file with Talent Acquisition and the search approval from Talent Acquisition to receive payment for a candidate placement.
