This is your online resource to all things mortgage - how to login, how to make a mortgage payment, information about your escrow account, and more! We're currently in the process of migrating many of our mortgage customers to an upgraded mortgage servicing system. As such, we currently have two different systems in place. We recommend you bookmark your mortgage servicing website for future reference.

To determine which system your loan is currently on, please reference your loan documents for your loan account number - you may refer to your closing disclosure or monthly mortgage statement for this information:

Does Not Start with Zero

If your loan account number begins with a numerical value (not zero), e.g. 89 or 50........

Log in to Personal Online Banking in the upper far-right hand "Log in" button at the top of this page.

Starts with Zeros

If your 10-digit loan account number begins with two or more zeros, e.g. 00........ or 0000......

Questions about Your Mortgage through Check My Loan?

If your loan account begins with zeros (e.g. 00... or 0000...), please contact our Loan Servicing Department through any of the below channels:

  • Payoff Requests Autofax: 206.903.3094. Our automated system is available 24/7.
  • To make a payment using our automated payment system, dial Customer Service 800.237.3194 and follow the prompts.

  • Please contact us at loanservice@mechanicsbank.com and include your loan number and a brief description of the issue. Please note: Do not include personal or confidential information in the email.
  • Send a secure message to Loan Servicing by logging into Check My Loan and select "Messages."
  • All emails and secure messages are generally responded to within 48 hours from receipt.
