The Bank also offers programs that include “Bank On” accounts for un-banked and under-banked households, along with the “Lift” Small Dollar Loan program to provide an alternative to payday lending. We also work with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLBSF) to provide 4:1 first-time homebuyer down payment and closing cost assistance through the Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership (WISH).
