Robert is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the lending industry. Specializing in residential lending, industry/market analysis and a diverse range of programs, he brings a deep understanding of mortgage products and market trends and is adept at analyzing complex financial challenges and delivering tailored financial solutions to his clients.

Prior to joining Mechanics Bank, he held leadership roles at some of North America's largest banks by whom he was recognized as a top service performer.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys reading and outdoor grilling, in addition to engaging in board games and other activities with his children.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University.
