How can I request a payoff quote for my loan?

The request must be faxed to 805-352-1886, or emailed to Please include on the fax or email that you are requesting a payoff demand, the anticipated payoff date, account number, signed authorization, callback phone number and name – for any questions.


I changed insurance companies. Where do I mail the hazard insurance information?

You can either email us the information or send it to us via US Mail.

How do I make a loan payment in Personal Online Banking or Mobile Banking?

Follow these instructions for both mobile and online banking:

Log into online or mobile banking.

Select “Make a transfer,” then “Transfer funds between accounts.”

Using the drop down boxes to select which account your payment should come from and which
loan your payment will be going to.

Use the date box to select the payment date.

Complete the desired amount.

Select “Make a regular payment” or “Pay to principal” and you’re done.

In your letter, give us the following information:
• Account information: Your name and account number.
• Dollar amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error.
• Description of problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake.

You must contact us within 60 days after the suspected error appeared on your statement.
