We have experience in financing golf courses, wineries and vineyards. Our typical structure allows for the construction of new properties with a conversion of the construction loan at completion and stabilization of the property to a permanent loan. The structure depends upon your need.
Interest rates are competitive and based upon treasury securities. Terms may be either fixed or adjustable. Amortization structures are designed to suit your cash flow requirements and to stabilize to the extent possible the cost of carrying debt burden relative to revenue fluctuations.
Typically we deal with borrowers who configure as partnerships, LLCs, corporations or simply individuals.
Our geographic region of interest includes all of the contiguous San Francisco Bay Area Counties, Napa, Sonoma and Solano Counties, and the Sacramento region.
