Online Banking Security & Navigation Upgrade
Our improved online banking experience is now live!
This upgrade adopts the latest security requirements to provide you with an even greater peace of mind as you access your personal financial information online.
In addition to the security upgrade, there are a few other enhancements worth noting. Our new consolidated My Accounts Home Page streamlines access to those features you rely upon most. Additionally, overall Navigation has been improved and features and services are better organized within simplified drop down menus. For example:

As was mentioned in prior communications, a significant change associated with the upgrade is the requirement for a stricter structuring of your Online Banking User ID. Here are the updated requirements for the User ID and a reminder about our existing Password requirements:

If your User ID or Password does not meet the criteria above, you will be prompted to update your information the first time you attempt to log in to Online Banking following the upgrade. You will also be asked to validate your security information and ability to receive a one-time security passcode from a telephone number or email address you select.
New Browser Requirements
Additionally, if you use Internet Explorer, the upcoming upgrade requires version 8.0 or newer. Following this upgrade, older versions of this browser will no longer be supported. If you are using an older version we suggest that you update your browser at your earliest convenience as you will be required to do so before you can gain online access to your accounts.
