Mechanics Bank Names Nancy Zhang Vice President and Area Manager

Denise Santiago will manage the community bank’s Elk Grove office



Sacramento, CA August 21, 2009 —Mechanics Bank has named Nancy Zhang vice president and Sacramento area manager. Ms. Zhang will oversee consumer and business banking services and operations in the Sacramento Valley, and will manage the community bank’s downtown office located 1751 Howe Ave.

Previously, she was an Assistant Vice President and office manager for Mechanics Bank in the Bay Area. Raised in the valley region, Ms. Zhang holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and Chinese from the University of California, Davis.

Mechanics Bank also announced that Denise Santiago has been named manager for the bank’s Elk Grove office located at 8235 Laguna Blvd. Ms. Santiago previously served as financial services manager at the bank’s Rocklin office. Earlier in her career, she held various roles at Bank of America and U.S. Bank locally.
