Richmond, CA, June 28, 2010 -- Tony Kallingal, Vice President and Regional Manager of the Diablo Region retail division for Mechanics Bank, has been elected to the board of directors of the California Shakespeare Festival in Orinda.

Kallingal, a graduate degree from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, is a resident of San Ramon.
